Vertically integrated
Formulation, bottling, warehousing, and delivery are all IDI. One company is accountable end to end.
IDI has bottled for White Rock, Faygo, Boylan’s, and BAWLS. We will bottle for you — and unlike most co-packers, we can also put it on a shelf.
Anyone can quote you line time. Very few co-packers own the route that gets your pallet into a store.

Established DSD routes and retail relationships across metro Detroit — the part most launches underestimate.
Our lines exist to run a wide flavor range in short batches. Odd SKUs are the normal case here, not a disruption.
We run Towne Club, Kist, and Frostie ourselves. We understand your problem because it is also ours.
Help getting a recipe from something that tastes good to something that runs, ships, and holds shelf life.
Still a core competency here, at a time when a lot of co-packers have dropped it entirely.
If you are a grocery group, a restaurant chain, or a vending operator who wants your own beverage line rather than someone else's, that is a private label program — and it is a different conversation from straight co-packing.
We start from the shelf position you are trying to fill and work backwards: category, price point, format, flavor range, then formulation. You own the brand. We build the product behind it.
No mystery, no discovery phase that bills by the hour.
Send the product, format, and rough volume. If it is not a fit, we say so immediately rather than booking a meeting.
We review the formula against our lines — carbonation, fill temperature, viscosity, packaging, shelf life.
Formulation adjustments, packaging selection, label compliance, and artwork coordination.
A short run to prove the product holds up at line speed and survives the case.
Full production, packed and palletized to your retailer specification.
Optionally onto our own DSD routes, into stores across Southeast Michigan.
Making a good beverage is a solvable problem. Getting a new SKU onto a shelf, keeping it in stock, and knowing whether it actually sold — that is where brands die.
IDI runs its own trucks and drivers on fixed routes carrying more than 1,800 SKUs into grocery, convenience, independents, schools, and vending across Southeast Michigan. A co-pack customer can plug into that network instead of building one.
Carbonated soft drinks, sparkling and still water, teas, lemonades, and juice drinks. Our lines were built around specialty soda, so unusual flavors and small batches are normal work rather than an exception. If your product needs hot-fill, aseptic processing, or dairy handling, tell us early — those are the cases where we will point you elsewhere.
Glass bottles, PET, and cans, with labeling, case packing, and palletizing to retailer specification. Glass in particular is something a lot of co-packers have walked away from; it is still core to what we do, because it is core to Towne Club and Frostie.
Yes, and it depends on the format and how much line changeover your product requires. Because we run our own specialty brands, we are set up for shorter runs than a single-SKU high-volume plant. Call with your target volume and we will give you a straight answer rather than a form letter.
We do this constantly. Plenty of good beverage ideas fall apart between a home kitchen and a production line — carbonation levels, shelf stability, ingredient sourcing at volume, how a flavor holds up after pasteurization. We work through that with you before committing a run.
Often, and it is usually the reason brands call us. IDI runs direct-store-delivery across Southeast Michigan with our own trucks and drivers into retail, convenience, schools, and vending. Production and distribution are separate agreements, but having both under one company removes the handoff that kills most launches.
A straightforward run of an already-finalized formula in a standard format can move quickly. A project that needs formulation work, custom packaging, and label compliance review takes longer — typically a few months from first conversation to first pallet. The variables are usually ingredient lead times and artwork approvals, not line time.
The more specific you are about format, volume, and timing, the faster we can tell you whether IDI is the right plant for it.

Call anyway. We would rather spend ten minutes telling you no than waste a month for both of us.
